The tools must be up-to-date and functional. We are using Trimble’s software solution for eGovernment. The applications in the solution form a key part of the City’s electronic service architecture.

Service requests are routed to appropriate staff and quickly located, prioritized, and resolved in a centralized feedback database. The application utilizes geographic information, and visual tools can be used to analyze feedback.
